Debbie McCabe is a past region president with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. As a valued member of the executive leadership team, she was responsible for overseeing the Center City and Main Line sales offices. Debbie is a respected leader in the industry and local business community for more than two decades. She was appointed a sales leader for Fox & Roach in 2015 and was named to the regional management team in 2018. She began her career with Deloitte, where she served as a manager.
Throughout her successful career, Debbie has been recognized with numerous awards for her professional excellence and leadership. In 2024, Debbie was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal's Women of Influence and RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers list, which recognizes individuals across the country responsible for advancing the real estate industry. In addition, she was recognized at the 2023 Power Women Summit by Main Line Today, which recognizes 21 exceptional female leaders in Philadelphia’s Main Line and western suburbs, and received the Chairman’s Award from the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, which recognizes a member of the Chamber Board who goes above and beyond to serve members, strengthens the organization, and provides an example to volunteer board directors everywhere. In 2022, the National Association of REALTORS® also selected Debbie as one of 10 finalists for its Good Neighbor Awards program, which honors real estate agents who are making an extraordinary difference in their communities.
Debbie is well-known throughout the industry for being a results-driven, approachable, and collaborative leader committed to supporting her team, her clients, and the local community. Her knowledge of the business, the local market, and the latest technology makes her invaluable to the organization and her clients.
Debbie has made significant, positive impacts on Fox & Roach since her very first days with the organization as a sales professional in 1997. She was consistently recognized as one of the top five percent of sales professionals in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network and received the prestigious Presidents Club Award several times, placing her among the most elite real estate agents from across the global company based on sales volume and commissions.
Under Debbie’s leadership, Fox & Roach’s Philadelphia and Main Line offices were consistently ranked in the top 30 offices in the entire country year after year.
Debbie is dedicated to going above and beyond for her local community. From being a young college student to raising kids of her own, one of the causes Debbie always felt passionately about was helping to address the homeless crisis in Philadelphia.
This passion led her to become deeply involved with Covenant House Pennsylvania (CHPA), which provides services to youth who are experiencing homelessness or are victims of human trafficking. Every year since 2012, Debbie has been a Board member, and over the last 10+ years, volunteering has personally raised over $500,000 for the organization and the hundreds of clients it serves annually.
Debbie earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
In 2023, Debbie was appointed to the board of directors of Bright MLS, the leading multiple listing service (MLS) in the Mid-Atlantic, and is a member of the PA and Tri-County Associations of REALTORS®. She has also served in leadership roles with the Main Line Chamber of Commerce since 2017, including past roles as Chairman and Treasurer, where she plays an integral role in supporting the needs of the local business community, promoting economic growth in the region, and enhancing resources to help members succeed.
For six years, Debbie also served as a board member with her alma mater, The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, a Catholic, independent, college preparatory school dedicated to inspiring and empowering young women in Villanova. She also served on the parents’ council at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia.
Outside of the office, Debbie is a proud, dedicated mother of five. She is an avid runner, Broad Street Run participant, and has completed more than 22 full marathons, including Boston, New York, Chicago, Berlin, and London!
